What if I'm not happy with the report?
You get one round of follow-up questions on the same case at no extra charge. If the video genuinely doesn't reflect a real, good-faith attempt to use your site, we'll refund you.
Do you sign NDAs / test pre-launch products?
Yes — mention it in the "focus" field and we'll send one before the test starts.
Can I order more than one test?
Yes, submit a separate case per URL or user flow. Multi-test packages and monthly retainers are coming once we've delivered the first batch of single tests — ask and we'll quote you directly.
